Depending on where you're at, I can check some pricing for you.    Hit 
me up off-list with your NPA/NXX if you want.  But $350 if that includes 
loop sounds pretty good.

If they're just doing it to play around, then sure, take chances.   But 
if it's they're trying to make a business out of it... well, sometimes 
it just costs what it costs.  Then you have to make the decision on 
whether or not you can be profitable at the business given its costs. 
If I'm selling a service, I have to know it will be there.  I don't want 
to be hearing from the customer "it's down again".  It's far more 
expensive to support something that "kinda" works than it is to pay for 
something that "just" works.   If my client (or prospective client) 
balks at the price to get the job done right... well that is usually a 
sign of things to come with them.
