True.  I read somewhere (maybe Car and Driver magazine) that the accident
rate goes up about 53% at red-light-camera intersections.  I got stung at
one when I went through to avoid being rear-ended by a truck.  $360.  It's
about the money.  I avoid that intersection whenever I can, driving through
the shopping center parking lot if I have to.
