[BC] FCC Public Notice - 10/13/09 - No Need To Protect Vacant Ch 6 After 10/27/09

Thanks for this info, Laura.  However, I have a question.  Will existing NCE 
stations which have had to decrease power because they were located within 
the grade B contour of a TV channel 6 ever be able to increase their power? 
Several stations in the Four Corners area (AZ, UT, CO, NM) are operating at 
reduced power because of former TV channel 6, KREZ, which has now moved to 
channel 15.  Will they ever be allowed to apply for a power increase?  Many
