We'll agree to disagree John. TOR's normally have durations of 30-45
minutes. So, you wouldn't be cutting into a song with a just issued
warning that has only 3 minutes left. Tell that to the surviving members
of a family who didn't know it was coming while American Pie ran out and
the alert was issued during the song.
