[BC] LP-1 stations...what are they doing

So we have all this discussion here and suggestions that all LP-1 stations withdraw from EAS.  Its a good idea.  However,,,,

 

how many of these are NAB members and what is your lobbying organization doing for you in this regard?

 

  Should not the NAB be the ones who gather the data on the disaffected members and approach Congress to rein in the FCC?
