As I've said before, the FCC is single-handedly charged with wiping
out the deficit. At this point no station should volunteer their
facilities and no station should broadcast any event where there's an
uncontrolled crowd. No station should broadcast any event that
includes non-radio performers with poorly constructed clothing. By
adhering to these rules there will be dramatically reduced risk of
"fleeting expletives" and "wardrobe malfunctions." The risk to
parents of children who use those expletives as punctuation won't be
shocked that little Johnny might hear them.

Those same parents won't be shocked to discover that their young
girls are fellating the boys at school under the threat of being
unpopular. After all, they don't consider oral activity to be sex, anyway.

I think we've got it all wrong. The kids should be teaching the
parents the facts of life. Better still, have them teach the FCC.

We've finally got a fine that has to be fought. I'd be very
disappointed if the Supreme Court accepted the vagueness of the
rules. A potential fine of $325,000 is no longer a cost of doing
business. I don't watch or listen to FOX but aren't they fighting
another obscenity fine?

I might move to Europe where they seem to find nudity natural.
