[BC] Another HD portable!

This is not much different than the early UHF to VHF converters for
TV before all sets had UHF. It's a compromise and a cheap way to
listen the HD1 and HD2 channels without spending a couple hundred
buck-a-roos for a new car radio. And yes it won't sound as good as a
radio designed to tune directly to HD stations.
