Having been in this game for 40 years, I doubt it.  I've done almost all those things at the various places where I was the engineer...once.  I've been lucky not to have had to clean up years of neglect, but getting everything right before a proof is exactly the same as getting everything right for best audio and RF performance in general.  I decided early on that I wouldn't be leaving all those kinds of problems for the one night per year when the proof would be done.  If you maintain everything properly and never postpone solving problems along the way, you can still knock off a proof in an hour.
