[BC] Cop car antenna: Low band VHF?

    It's an old picture. MSP used to be on 42 megs, the Rockford post 
was 42.58. All gone. They put in their very own 800 MHz system with 
hundreds of 400-500 foot self supporters. Now they know what limited 
range is.
