[BC] FIOS comes to the Wilds of VA

There have been some AWFUL RF interference issues.

DON'T LET THEM TAKE OUT YOUR COPPER!

Just don't allow it to be canceled.  They are not so hard over to  
take it out for about 9 months, so just make it stay.

DON'T cancel your existing phone.  Don't migrate it to FIOS.

If you later want to save a few bucks by moving your phone over, go  
ahead, but I would STRONGLY recommend you keep your copper service.   
The CO provides loop current, so it won't die two hours after the  
power goes out.
