It may not let YOU, as a web user of their mail view the headers, but  
if you forward the mail to me, I can certainly see the headers.

Furthermore, if you use a mail client of any quality for viewing your  
mail on Comcarap, you can view the headers too.

I got pissed off at Verizon DSL, and am currently using Comcarap, and  
I can see any header sent to me.  Then again, I am not an idiot, so I  
don't use Comcrap's mail server for anything except or communicating  
with THEM!

Comcrap is MUCH better than they were a year ago, but they still suck.
