Actually, Jim was the whizbang sales guy who sold it. Tom Merriman, 
Otis Connor and others wrote and produced.

Al Ham started Music of Your Life and many years later Jim bought the 
company through Fairwest. I believe Al bought it back.

Nevertheless, Jim was a wonderful friend. Time passed and we lost 
touch but he was one of the uniquely nice guys in the business.

I worked at TM during the Glory Days.  Great fun.
