Not to mention that the results are not worth the paper they are written 
on.  Field measurements of FM is useless.  I repeat, useless.  Within a 
one square foot area of your reading you can either prove or disprove 
whatever you want.  You know if you have signal or not.  Why would you 
need a meter when I have never heard a car radio loose the signal when 
there was plenty on the ground.  Do a pattern study and optimize your 
coverage.  Do terrain studies to determine if it is even possible the 
target area.  Build a tower / antenna system which accomplishes your 
goals or you are peeing in a dark suit.
