[BC] DA proof for FM

To the Group:

    I'm working on a small class A in Colorado. 89.5, 100 watts ERP, 
wedged in pretty tight due to 1st adjacent issues. After getting some 
antenna quotes, I'm finding that the antenna itself isn't so bad, but to 
get an "FCC proof" is adding around 10k to the cost of the actual antenna.

    So, here's my question-has anyone on this list ever done their own 
antenna measurements on an FM DA, submitted them to the Commission and 
received the FCC's blessing?

    I'd like to do it and save 10 grand, but if there's no way around it....
