[BC] I Need to Vent!

R&R was sold recently to a much bigger publisher. As is the case with
anything consolidated, they've combined their billing operations and
farmed it out to a third party which is not the same as the printing
operation.

I will never do business with MCI/Verizon for the same reason. Their call
center is in Indonesia and they simply read off the screen.  You CAN'T
talk to ANYONE here in the USA.  After a $x,xxx over charge which they
could/would not credit, I told MCI to pound sand and try to collect.

A year later, their collection agency starts sending nasty grams.  I
called them and told them the matter is related to over charges and they
should not be involved.  And for them to advise their MCI contact I want
to settle this with someone with MCI who has the authority to resolve the
matter.

Nothing heard....other than more calls from the collection agency wanting
their money.

Nope...as others have said, friends don't let friends voluntarily do
business with MCI/Verizon.
