Yes and no. I used to work for a division of IDT, the long distance 
carrier.They're trying to head off Vonage, Skype, and 
MagicJack.  With IDT you always have to look at the microscopic 
print. They're pushing 2 cents a minute. Buried in the copy is the 
fact that there's a 49 cent connection charge. I think you'd have to 
talk for several hours to come anywhere near that price. The first 
bill will be a doozy.

It'll bring back memories of early Compuserve.
