Thanks for reminding me.

T-Mobile has VoIP for $10/month if you are a T-Mobile customer.

If you buy one of about half a dozen cell phones that have the  
feature, your cell switches over to 802.11 and those calls are FREE.   
No minutes, no nothing.

The difference is with the first service, you have a second number,  
and the phone stays home.

With the second, it is the same number, same phone.
