[BC] Amateur radio spectrum

um...

could someone please clarify this?

I always understood that spread-spectrum devices would simply avoid any
such carriers - and hence, the two-meter repeater would happily co-exist
with a SS setup.

NTM that as I understand it, most SS occurs in the high UHF-to-microwave
range.

I'd have a hard time picturing "several GHz" worth of spread-spectrum
centered at, say... 10 MHz.....

And a REALLY difficult time with it at ONE MHz....

Just my $0.02 worth - it'd be more, but somehow the Gub'mint Bale-outs
missed me....
