Just my personal opinion and the opinion of about half my staff......

We dislike it greatly but were forced to upgrade.

If you don't have to I wouldn't.  Heavy users seem to get along with it
after a month or so but their new layout make searching for things and
accomplishing tasks harder if you ask me.
