[BC] STL -8 repair

	Start with the crystal.  It's probably aged,  I can't find that schematic, but if it has an AFC circuit (likely) check the regulated voltages to be sure they are in tolerance.  I don't recall if that box has a crystal heater, but if so make sure it is still working correctly.
