I have the perfect solution:

Make it MANDATORY that all stations MUST USE an Optimod as the last item 
in the air chain - and it MAY NOT be altered from it factory settings -

And not just ANY Optimod - bot an 8100A1!!!!

ANALOG FOREVER!!! <grin>

(I'd have said an 8000, but then somebody would end up trying to get the 
Village People through it.....<grin>)
