Yes, though I never saw a GP stamped "Not for Broadcast."  Not saying you
didn't.  I do remember, though, for a time that no license at all was
necessary to work on a 50-kW broadcast transmitter, but you needed one to
work on a 10-watt STL.  Go figure.
