"Mega Media Group, which programs that dance format on a TV audio frequency  
down at the edge of the FM dial in New York — "Pulse87.7" on WNYZ(LP) — plans 
to  expand the concept to Chicago and Los Angeles. 

Mega says it has signed a  letter of intent to lease frequencies from Venture 
Technologies Group. Mega  leases the low-power Channel 6 signal from Island 
Broadcasting and is  programming it as a radio station."
