All the more reason for people looking for tower space to
look at regional companies.  Most of them will jump through
all sorts of hoops to get you on their tower, a "whatever it
takes" attitude.

They can almost always beat the rates that the big companies
charge, and almost always beat the time to build.

We have raised towers, built new towers, redone anchors,
basically anything to get a renter on our towers.  Right now
in Lawrenceburg TN we are replacing anchors to meet a cellular
companies requirements, recently in Crestline KS installed a new
tower so a broadcaster could lease space.  (No, the anchors were
fine, just needed to meet G instead of F)

And a GOOD regional company will help you by not only suggesting
towers where they have locations, but towers owned by other regionals
in places they don't cover.

I can beat ATC's time to build anytime, anyplace.
