[BC] Tower Company's

Thanks to all who responded.  I now have an array of venders, prices and
recommendations to work with.

The client really doesn't know what kind of monster they have created by
going on these towers.  They were easy to find and fairly easy to make
arrangements to be on multiple sites.  They didn't figure on the
tremendous additional requirements and cost of work or everyday access
requirements.
