Just looked at mine; it carries no endorsements at all...  and yes, it 
was a "morphed First"; see sigline for original First number.

And I kept a Xerox of my first - it's under the General in a plastic 
document sleeve for three-ring binders - which I had posted at another 
transmitter site as proof-of-licensing; I didn't keep the accompanying 
letter that stated where the original could be found, though... <grin>

There was a 1985 cutoff for Diploma-style documents, IIRC; I'd guess 
that the non-broadcast Generals would have to be those that were issued 
as Generals, rather than being renewed/morphed Firsts.
