That station is atop El Paso peak, mono, vertically polarized only. Owned by
Adelman Broadcasting.

They do have a visual carrier, but I'm not sure it's on. The visual and aural
are on separate transmitters and antennas.

The FCC doesn't seem to care.

I was tunnng around and found a Spanish language station on 87.7 that 
appears to be in the vicinity of Palmdale, strong signal, I could listen for 
miles.  Last time I checked that was ch 6 aural so at first I assumed that 
this is a pirate?
