And it works quite well here in Minnesota.  There's a listserv set up by the
Minnesota Broadcasters, which is worth its' weight in gold.  When someone
messes up sending the RMT they post it on the listserve, and it's a simple
matter to print the e-mail and put it in the station EAS records.  If
someone has missed receving a weekly test they post the question about
whether it actually got sent by a given station, and usually have answers
within an hour--- no phone calls necessary.
