Dallas was cramped.. Atlanta had the problem of the split show floor 
(the train tracks run through the middle of the place) so the hall 
separation is as bad as going from LVCC North to LVCC South without the 
benefit of the Central Hall.

In addition Atlanta was very expensive compared to Vegas at the time. 
Both Atlanta and Dallas have the problem of  most hotels being far away 
from the CC's.
