[BC] Temporary roof mount for STL dish

Jeff,

I know of a new un-used heavy duty 2M dish mount at a local station.  But 
they need the block pads to secure the ballast to the mount.

I'm sure I can talk the owner into loaning the mount in exchange for the 
foot pads when you're done.  He's not using the mount and it's banded as it 
was when it came off the truck. It's not one of my stations....

I think 8 blocks on a leg (four legs) some 6 ft. from the pole would be 
quite sufficient for a 4' grid dish in this area.

You will need a set of 4" to 2" pipe adapters unless the 4' dish can mount 
to a 4" pole Jeff.
