[BC] unscheduled moments of scilence

I had a couple of jocks do similar things:
We had to drop the transmitter for about 30 seconds, and the jock told me
that he would make a little announcement and then I was clear to shut it
down.  He did a little "We'll be right back..." and then just before I hit
plates off I heard him say quietly "Hey, what's this wire on the floor?"

Another jock just before we shut the transmitter down for a few minutes
announced he was giving away a prize to the 9th caller when they came back
on.  He apparently got a lot of calls...
