About to be released in May, a flashlight made out of the
same material they make Glocks out of, about the size of
a three cell Maglight, but thicker.
The best part? FULLY RECHARGES IN 90 SECONDS.
Even better, does NOT USE BATTERIES.
Yep, they took the design for a photo strobe, beefed up the
cap, throttled back the output, and tied it to a LED light.
2 hours on high intensity or about 6 off low intensity. High is
comparable to the mag light.
Full lifetime warranty on the entire package.
I got to play with one the other day, I ordered 4 right then and
there. 169.00 MSRP. I have maglites and chargers in all my
vehicles, this will replace them. About once a year I replace the
batteries in the maglites, not anymore.
Made by 5.11 gear.

I love snake lights, but carry several lights From large million candle
power to little one LED. One trick to keep from getting caught with dead
batteries is to store one of the two (in a two cell light) backwards so that
if the switch gets turned on, it won't kill the batteries. If you have the
kind of heat we have here in Las Vegas or even close, plan on replacing the
batteries at least once per year since the heat in a car or truck will kill
them Pronto.
