[BC] AAC+ stream

I bought the patch cord I needed (I needed to tie the SPDIF output of the
sound card back into its SP/DIF input and also to the Barix Instreamer).

The AAC+ stream is back up. 48 kbps and Breakaway processed.

more if needed.

The two 160 kbps MP3 streams are also still up.
