Suttle filters work well:

They are frequency dependant, so be sure to order the right one for your
part of the band, etc.  I used to work at a 50KW directional (nights)
that is located within town and blasts over several neighborhoods and
businesses.  If you need a really good filter I don't think you will be
disappointed with the Suttle's performance.
