The local Embarq people pass out the DSL filters like they were chewing gum samples.  You might see what your local DSL suppliers can do for you.  If that won't do the job, the K-com filters are pricey but pretty good and available at Amateur Electronics supply or Ham radio outlet (as well as other places).
