~3.8A X 8kV and a good tube does it. Since the wattmeter is a 25, I can't 
tell how high it can go. I've never seen one,  a 3, 5, 10, or 20, that 
wasn't way more efficient than the graph in the book, unlike other makes. . 
And I've installed or re-installed well over a dozen.
There _are_ a few things you need to know that are not in the book (a 
masterpiece of brevity)..

PS: I put in a Freeland in a BTF-20 in 1985 that was still doing full power 
in 1990 and beyond
