Randy has been making an effort to win back his old customers--I had left
them for other brands mainly due to problems with the tubes they were
sending me back about five years ago. Randy cold called me sometime last
summer, and asked why I hadn't continued to purchase tubes from them. I told
him, and his response was genuinely apologetic, and he asked if I would give
him another chance. I told him I would, and the next tube he sent me (about
4 months back I suppose) has been wonderful. The transmitter runs very near
the factory numbers including efficiency which I rarely see in a 15 year old
transmitter.

I've been caring for this transmitter for going on seven years and I've
never had it run so cool.

Seriously this latest tube could be the best experience I've had with ANY
rebuilt tube (including Zonum which has sent me a couple of pretty good
tubes).
