 None !!
He clearly states that this was part of a self-inspection, one of those
make believe things one of our list participants does inspections for.
( whose initials are ??, but shall remain nameless, unless he wishes
 to chime in )

There is no guarantee that a state association inspection provides any
immunity from a real FCC inspector walking in, but it's generally
 assumed to be the case.
 It's merely a dress rehearsal.
I'd have not spent any $$ to comply with the wishes of a mis-informed
 volunteer absent serious motivation otherwise.

Of course, I'm a guy who has challenged real FCC field engineers,
 and won every time.
