Picture this:
"Main Studio" co-located at the transmitter site.
All the EAS gear, etc., is there, BUT
From a downtown office, which is open during regular business hours,
resides nothing more complicate than a telephone, or perhaps a computer.
Public Files, employees, etc., all in this office.
EAS and TX control via the phone or computer
Mike input at the TX - an M-67 and a switch to substitute the M-67's
line out for whatever the real programming source is.
perhaps the station is MOHD, and normally, spots, etc., are uploaded via
FTP.
Perhaps the computer at the office can do real-time (SKYPE, private
stream server software, etc.) audio; perhaps not.
Seems as though this would be legal....
(sidenote: Manager is making a bank deposit, and receptionist has to
use the rest room while he's out...
Does a "Back in 15 minutes" count?)
