Is there any FCC requirement to publicize the location of the main
studio and/or public file? I understand that a toll-free or local
phone number is required (which would probably be listed in the white
pages with the address of the "real" studio) but it would seem the
emphasis on staffing during business hours is misplaced if interested
parties have no idea where to FIND the legal main studio.
As far as I can tell, this information isn't even available through CDBS.
Also, where in the rules can I find the requirement to install and
maintain EAS equipment at the legal main studio (if all of the EAS
requirements of Part 11 are handled around-the-clock from a different
location)? This seems to be a gray area.
