[BC] WSPA TV Lost Towers

I thought the idea of doing an alternate affiliation on the .2 was a good
idea--locally 12.1 that is CBS, is a Fox station on 12.2 (we're a ways from
the Twin Cities market where the next nearest Fox station is available over
the air). The fact that it's not HD doesn't bother me since I'm a "converter
box" guy at this point.
