[BC] Simulcast ID's...

When I was at KFAC we had KFAC and KFAC-FM and we were 
simulcast.  The call of the FM was KFAC-FM, a six letter call with 
the dash.  Back then I researched  the ID rules and found out that we 
were required to give the calls individually.  We had to ID as: KFAC 
and KFAC FM Los Angeles.  I believe that is still the 
requirement.  Unfortunately, you can ID in the primary language of 
the station.  That sometimes makes tracking interference a problem.
