 In all likelihood, it would make ducting problems worse.

 There have been a number of studies, none conclusive.
 Pretty easy to work backwards, though.

 What's the minimum signal you need at the receiver ?
 What's the minimum signal you need outside the building to produce
 the receiver minimum at the receiver ?
 Not a big deal to simply go measure the areas of interest, and far better
 results, with far more accurate data than any generalized study of
 any area not *your* target area.
