[BC] Making format choices

I'm praying that Willie realizes his dream. I'm betting he would be live
and local with WPHA. Here in Philly, there is no full power Christian
music station.  The closest thing we had was WVCH's for mer sister,
WSJI, which ran SkyLight.     Also, there was WBYN 107.5 Boyertown,
which is now classic hits Frank FM. The WBYN calls and format went to a
tiny AM on 1160 in Lehighton, PA.
