[BC] Should We Now Wait on Digital-only TV?

Since the cost after rebate for a converter is in the $10 area, I don't
think this will be a substantial cost for most people. I've heard of the
idea of TV stations giving away converters, which is a great idea. The TV
station brands the converter in some way (maybe they could make their
station the default channel on power up or something like that). Reminds
me of giving away FM car radio converters in the early 1970s.

Since analog TV is viewable with a pretty cruddy signal while digital is
not, it will be interesting to see how many people lose several stations,
or perhaps all stations, without putting up a new receive antenna.
