Check that the log-in permission hasn't changed; if the user isn't
logged in to the network you can get the "no browsing" problem, even
though the mapped drives work fine. Make sure the username on the
machine that has no access is listed as a user on the rest of the
network's machines.
I've hit that problem before with doing installs on my Win2K machines -
all species of NT are a bit more sensitive than the Windows v.4 (9x
family) was.
And NT5.1.1 is absolutely horrible.... (AKA Vista)
