I have tried and Mike Hardester has tried several times to get a list 
from the NTIA. For some reason, they guard the list like it is a 
national secret. Mike even tried a Freedom of Information Act request 
and he had no success. I am not sure what is the problem, but we just 
keep trying.

I agree with Scott, This TIS is probably running more than 10 watts and 
it is in an area with good groundwave conductivity. As far as there call 
sign goes, occasionally, the stations will drop the numerals and use 
just the letters.
