Maybe they're just toying with streamers like a cat does with a half-dead
mouse it caught.  It isn't nearly as much fun for them to totally kill it
off just yet.  It's more fun for them to watch streaming squirm around and a
make a little fuss before the RIAA finally gets around to digging in it's
fangs for the final blow.
