38.00??? what a rip off. They could give consumers 38.00 along with 
an HD receiver and they still wouldn't be able to give them away. 
They've been donated to Goodwill already (People don't give the 
average consumers enough credit in certain cases) and sold for 8 
bucks, saw that on a Pro-IBOC website incidentally, it's a place 
where everyone brags about their DX HD receptions, I think DX takes 
on a very different meaning when it comes to HD though.
