While you did address the entertainment and
technical issues, you neglected to address the
MOST IMPORTANT issue. How is EAS
integrated into the transmission path? Is the
most recent edition of "The Public and Broadcasting"
maintained in the Public File in the mud hut in
Bangalore, India? Is there a meaningful management
presence there during normal business hours?
